Creating vegan versions of picnic favourites.
I do savoury and sweet but that wasn't an option so I picked savoury.
My current menu is Vegan Porkless Pie, Scotch Egg, Bakewell, Egg custard tart and Portuguese Pastel de nata.
I also have in development Iced vanilla custard slice, Quiche, fancy sausage rolls, baked cheesecake. I'll have some of these ready for markets too.
